"Exercise is good for you! My friends always laugh at me when I say that to them. It is important to me to stay healthy and get plenty of exercise. This thing I'm on is a good mix of aerobics and fun. Sorry to call it a 'thing', but I don't even know the name of it! I do know it helps me keep my waist little and my booty nice and round.
